Thank you for visiting and shopping at https://itsvaulted.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 days in business days. Shipping time will depend on locations, availability of the item, and Local Jurisdiction Regulations. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our standard delivery time is around 5-7 working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
If your parcel hasn't arrived after a considerable time, please reach out to the shipping courier using your tracking code. For additional assistance or any unanswered questions, feel free to contact our team via email.
WRONG ADDRESS
If either you or your end customer provides an insufficient address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you, if applicable.
In some cases, the order had arrived at the nearest post office to the buyer’s location because of insufficient address. Buyers can contact a nearby post office or reach out to pick up their order.
Please Note: The local distributor will attempt delivery 1-3 times based on the current circumstances. If the package remains unclaimed during this delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage, typically within 3-7 days. At this point, your clients are required to pick up the package themselves. Failure to do so will result in the product being returned to us. Please note that during the return process, ItsVaulted holds no responsibility for any lost products.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order contains your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in by the respective carriers. It might remain “blank” for up to a week after you receive your tracking link. But if your order was placed more than a week ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
ItsVaulted is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

DAMAGES
ItsVaulted is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Yes, we ship our products all around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.
International shipping will take some additional delivery time.
