Return & Refund Policy

Returns and refunds are not offered for any purchases. However, if a customer identifies a mistake on their order that was our error, they can contact us. Upon receiving the package unopened, we will address the issue accordingly.

 

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns. In the case, that the item is damaged by the postal service they have 48 hours to reach out to customer service to have the issue taken care of.

 

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

 

As we mentioned above, we don’t offer any refunds after the purchase. There might be some cases where we can provide refunds to our customers if any mistake occurs from our backend.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (within a week or banking time).

                                       

ORDER CANCELLATION

 

If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel the order. It must be required for the user to contact us within 12 hours regarding order cancellation or change. Keep in mind, that orders are typically sent out the following morning the order was placed.

 

Once the product is packaged and ready for shipping then you're not eligible to cancel it anymore.’

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

 

We only exchange items if we sent the wrong item. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at Support@afunko.com with details of the product and the defect.

GIFTS

 

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
